We worked with Wisi Betchart for the purchase of our vacation home in South Lake Tahoe. We viewed the home while on vacation and opened up escrow when we returned to Southern California. Under what I would call difficult circumstances, (to have his clients located long distance), Wisi managed this transaction like a “Pro”, setting up for us the ability to sign via the internet and going out of his way to help us with coordination of all inspections.
